Victoria (she/her) (BA/BSW) is a registered social worker providing psychotherapy and counselling to adults both in person in Guelph and virtually across Ontario. Victoria is passionate about supporting people in healing from body shame, relational & childhood trauma, and intimate partner violence. She values compassion, connection & attunement in this work.

Victoria’s work is firmly grounded in a sense of shared humanity, compassion, social justice & a touch of humour. She is a queer & fat-identified therapist with lived experience that informs her work. Using trauma-focussed & anti-oppressive approaches, she works with folks to establish a felt sense of internal safety, process trauma and stressors and work towards building authentic self discovery.

Victoria’s areas of focus include: Body Image & Body Liberation, Childhood and Relational Trauma, Intimate Partner Violence, Working with adult children of emotionally immature parents, Binge Eating, 2SLGBTQIA+ issues & working with larger bodied/fat identified folks.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Humber College in the Spring of 2022, where she earned honors and received the highest overall cumulative GPA in her program. These accomplishments reflect her hard work and dedication to the massage therapy profession.

Elizabeth will gain a thorough understanding of your concerns, perform assessments where needed and provide each patient with a treatment plan incorporating each individual’s unique goals, keeping her patients informed through every step. Providing hands-on manipulation of soft tissues and joints in order to develop, maintain, rehabilitate, reduce pain or increase physical function.

Elizabeth has experience aiding in the treatment of symptoms associated with headaches + migraines, TMJD, post-sporting event recovery, and acute pain . Molly is a mom, partner and Registered Dietitian specializing in healthy relationships with food and your body. With over 25 years of experience in nutrition counseling and group programs Molly offers weight inclusive care to people seeking to make peace with food and their body. Her new community practice allows her to incorporate a variety of strategies and meet people where they are on their journey to body acceptance.

Molly is a University of Guelph graduate who received her Registered Dietitian training at the University of Alberta’s Comprehensive Dietetic Internship program. She is currently obtaining her Intuitive Eating Counsellor certification and pursuing further eating disorder training for dietitians.

Lisa is passionate about helping people find ease in both body and mind. A recent graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, she also brings decades of experience as a yoga instructor and teacher trainer to her work.

She is adept at identifying and shifting movement patterns that create tension in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.

Her treatments are tailored to meet each person’s needs and goals, using a variety of techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, fascial work, muscular energy techniques, passive stretching, and remedial exercise.

Victoria was born and raised in Central Newfoundland. She has always had a passion for health, wellness, and sport. This passion lead her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, which she completed in 2014 along with a Psychology minor and certificate in criminology.

After completing her undergraduate studies, Victoria worked as the lead kinesiologist within a multidisciplinary clinic where she offered a variety of preventative and rehabilitative programs to private, motor vehicle accident, and workers compensation clients. She also has over 5 years experience in biomechanics, ergonomics, and functional abilities testing.

Victoria recently completed the DOMP program through National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto and is excited to offer Manual Osteopathy. She believes that in order to achieve optimal health, the root causes of dysfunction must be addressed.
